Movement exam and wellness visits for clients who don’t have a specific injury or pain, but rather are looking to remain healthy or improve their performance. Just as the dentist is recommended twice a year, wellness visits are recommended at regular intervals based on your activity level. Depending on an individual’s goals, these sessions will include hands-on bodywork, progressive focus on functional movement patterns, advanced strength and conditioning, and/or sport specific activities. A battery of tests may be used to assist in this process and provide benchmarks.

If you don’t have time for an in-clinic session, live in a rural area, are home with a newborn, are a busy professional, or can’t take paid time off to go to PT, I have alternative options for you.
